Pixshare is client gallery delivery for photographers. Here is how the photo and video delivery workflow works, from your first upload to the branded link your clients open.
What is Pixshare?
Pixshare is a client gallery delivery platform built for photographers who want to deliver galleries clients love. You upload your photos and video, organize them into one clean gallery, and share a single branded link that clients can open on any device to view and download their images.
How do I deliver photos to my clients?
Delivery takes about five minutes. Drag your finished JPEGs, MP4s, and MOV files into a new gallery, set a cover image, an optional password, and an expiry date, then send your client the link. There is no app for them to install and no account for them to create — they simply open the gallery and start downloading.
Can I deliver photos and video in the same gallery?
Yes. Many delivery tools handle photos or video, but not both. Pixshare puts stills and video side by side in one unified gallery, so a wedding film and the full photo set live behind the same link instead of being split across two services.
Are the galleries GDPR compliant and where are they hosted?
Every gallery is hosted in the EU and is GDPR compliant by default. You can password-protect a gallery, set an automatic expiry date, and delete client data whenever you need to, which keeps you compliant when you photograph clients based in Europe.
Can clients download high-resolution photos?
Clients can download tiered files straight from the gallery: full high-resolution originals for print, and lighter web-sized versions for sharing on social media. Downloads work for the whole gallery at once or for individual photos and video clips.
Can I brand the gallery with my studio?
Yes. Your gallery carries your name and your link rather than a generic file-sharing page, so the delivery feels like a natural extension of your photography brand. White-label studio branding for teams is on the way.
